Egg wrap made from 2 eggs, salt & pepper, roasted hamburger meat with cumin, chili, cayenne, salt & pepper, lettuce, cucumbers and guaco. Mmmmm.

Lettuce wrap with smoked salmon, bacon, cucumber, red onions, mayo-mustard dressing and tomatoes on the side.

Beef bits with red bell pepper, mushrooms and spring onions roasted in olive oil with salt, pepper, chili, cumin and some avocado with lemon on the side. Drizzled lime juice over both the avocado and the meat and veggies to counter the strong spices a little. Yummy :)

Steak with roasted broccoli and some guacomayo... Yes you read right, guacomayo.. Its just some guacomole mixed with mayo. :D I make guacomole with: avocado, tomato squares - remove the wet part from inside, onion, lemon/lime juice, some chili, garlic (or leave out if you don't wanna get the stanky breath) and salt  pepper.

Low carb bread from frk. sveskes homepage. Original recipe is for 6 buns but I just made a loaf of bread instead and I switched out creme fraiche for butter and used sesameflour instead of almond flour. And added some flax seeds and pumpkin seeds instead of sunflower seed. http://frksveske.blogspot.dk/2013/01/de-bedste-lchf-burgerboller.html
