Ingredienti x 3 cotolette: • 200g ceci cotti 3-4 cucchiai fecola di patate • q.b. sale/spezie • Pastella: 1 uovo oppure 100ml latte/albume • Panatura: q.b. cornflakes o pangrattato Procedimento: Con l’aiuto di una forchetta riduci i ceci in purea, insieme a sale, pepe, prezzemolo, fecola di patate ed il succo di un limone (facoltativo). Mescola fin quando l’impasto non risulterà ben amalgamato! Non ti resta che dare forma alle tue cotolette; per un risultato ancora più goloso panale con pastella a base di uovo, oppure latte (anche vegetale) o albume e poi nel pangrattato oppure come me, nei corn flakes! Puoi cuocere in padella (circa 7 minuti per lato), oppure al forno (ventilato, 200 gradi per 20 minuti) oppure in friggitrice ad aria (200 gradi per 15 minuti)!

Like a lot of Asian pastries, the flavors are on the subtle side, but I enjoyed that a lot because it allowed me to appreciate the textures just as much as the flavors.
