We were drinking a lot of freshly squeezed orange juice lately and it inspired me to make a mocktail with mandarins and thyme. Orange and thyme go so well together in this mocktail recipe. Of course, you can add alcohol of your choice to make this a mocktail, but you won’t miss it. The oranges give it sweetness with no sugar added, but you can adjust to taste.
