Good morning #instagram 😜  As always.... I use NO sugar and NO flour and I try to keep them kinda low carb as I always start craving something after dinner 😁🙈 Here is the recipe : 👇🏼 melt  2 large tablespoons of peanut butter and  1 & 1/2 dl of milk until it comes smooth then add :  1 scoop of protein powder I used chocolate and caramel flavor  1 dl of desiccated coconut  1 dl of peanuts  Mix all the ingredients and place the mixture (which is sticky at this point) into a form of any…

Post workout shake that tastes like strawberry vanilla ice cream 😋🍦🍦i used:  300 ml milk of any kind  1 scoop of protein powder I used apple crumble flavor 🍎  6 frozen strawberries 🍓 6 ice cubes ❄️ 1 teaspoon husk (optional)  Mix in a blender,and I mix this one a little bit longer than regular shake. Gives it extra fluffy texture 💕  Enjoy your Friday #instagram 😘 #tgif

Today I used  200 ml of water  100 ml of carrot juice (or just orange juice)  1 dl of frozen mango (about 1/2 cup)  1 dl of frozen pineapple (about 1/2 cup)  1 scoop of protein powder  1 big handful of spinach  1 tablespoon of chia seeds  2 cm ginger - chopped down  5 ice cubes  Juice from 1/2 a lemon 🍋  Mix and enjoy ✌🏼️ Hope you have a great day out there 😄
