Good morning✌🏼️B R E A K F A S T time I've been feeling so bloated the past few days so I can't wait for TinyTea to do its magic 😍 I've tried it once and I felt great! I always wake up with a flat stomach but go to bed like I'm pregnant- bloated as fu** 😕 So now I'm starting a 14 day @tinyteatox from @yourtea  Have a wonderful day #instagram 😘

Good morning Instagram 😄  Starting my day with this strawberry - banana shake ✌🏼️ It is poring down here were I live and it is so tempting just to stay in bed 🙈 But the good thing being a fitness instructor i have to be there - so off I go, in the rain to training ☔️💦🏋🏼 Recipe for the shake, I used  1 banana frozen  5-6 strawberries  300 ml soy milk  1 scoop strawberry protein powder  Few ice cubes and that's it ! 😄 Have a nice day 😘

🔸 Low Carb Cinnamon Buns 🔸 I made these yesterday and let me tell you, SUGAR FREE & LoW CARB - They taste #delicious 👌🏼 So here is the recipe :  4 eggs  100 ml coconut milk (the part on the top)  2 scoops protein powder ( I used 1 scoop vanilla flavor and 1 with caramel flavor) 4 tablespoons Sukrin Gold  4 tablespoons Almond flour  1 tablespoon coconut flour  2 tablespoons melted butter  1 teaspoon baking powder  Start by preheating the oven to 180 C.  Mix all the ingredients together…
