I never weigh things when I cook. I sliced a leek, boiled it with the pasta. While that was cooking I chopped up 2slices of bacon and fried the pieces until crispy. I made a cheese sauce with milk, olive oil and flour, and mature cheddar. When pasta was soft I mixed all together in an oven proof dish. Sprinkled cheese and dried chilli on the top. Next it's into the oven and I'll drink wine while the top browns. Lunch. Sorted.
