Peanut Butter Chocolate Chia Pudding
credit to @healthyeatsbyfi on Instagram Peanut Butter Chocolate Chia Pudding 𐙚 Recipe 3 Tablespoons chia seeds 1 Cup milk of choice 1 Tablespoon maple syrup 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter Chocolate hard shell 2 tablespoons chocolate chips + 1 teaspoon coconut oil roasted peanuts flaky salt Mix all ingredients together in a jar then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to enjoy, mix together melted chocolate chips and coconut oil to create a chocolate hard shell. add chopped peanuts and flaky salt on top then refrigerate for a few more minutes until the chocolate hardens. dig in and enjoy!
- 8oz cottage cheese - 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons maple syrup - 1 large egg - 4 drops food grade lemon essential oil- I use one from @doterra - top with raspberries, greek yogurt, and maple syrup Add all ingredients into a blender (leaving out the raspberries and toppings) and blend until smooth. Pour the batter, dividing evenly between 2 ramekins. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until just firm in the center. Remove from the oven and chill in the fridge until cool. Top with a scoop of greek yogurt and more maple syrup before serving. Enjoy!
