Diese kleinen No Bake Törtchen sehen aufwendig aus, sind aber schnell und einfach zubereitet. Durch die mit Kaffee aromatisierte Milch bekommt das Dessert einen Geschmack von Tiramisu in Kombination mit Kokos und Erdbeere. Das Dessert könnt ihr super vorbereiten und über Nacht im Kühlschrank lagern. Egal ob für Geburtstag, Kommunion, Sommerfest oder einen anderen Anlass, die Nachspeise kommt auf jedem Kuchenbuffet gut an.

Ingredients • 4 large potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil • Generous amount of sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp oregano • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary • Fresh parsley to serve • Method: • 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C fan forced. Peel your potatoes, then slice off the tops and bottoms followed by the sides to create flat edges. Slice down lengthways to create 3 even thick pieces. • 2. Place between a pair of wooden chopsticks and slice vertically. Flip then slice diagonally. Repeat with all the potato slices then place onto a lined baking tray. • 3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and rosemary. 4. Brush oil mixture over the potatoe
