CUCUMBER SALAD 🥒
RECIPE (1-2 servings, 5min prep time):
-1 cucumber
Cut in half, smash and cut in slices
-1 clove garlic
-a thumbsize piece of ginger
-1 Tbsp tahini
-1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
-1 Tbsp maple syrup or sugar
-2 Tsp vinegar
-chili flakes and salt to taste
