After year 12 ( 5-6 years ago ) I swear I had THE WORST posture on earth. My chest muscles were SOOO tight from basketball training and also from just being hunched over a desk all day. I learnt to stretch out my chest and strengthen my back muscles. This essentially relaxed my chest and tightened my back, pulling my chest outwards and shoulders back.
