Asian Glazed Salmon 2 salmon filets 2 tablespoons ginger-sesame sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce squirt of fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon brown sugar cilantro Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the salmon filets, skin side down, on a baking sheet lined with greased foil. Brush with half of the marinade and bake for 10 minutes. Brush with remaining marinade and return to oven for 10 minutes more until salmon is cooked through. Serves 2.
Fished stuffed with crab meat. About 30 years ago at The Mining Company in Orange CA... I had Red Snapper stuffed with crab meat that was topped with melted cheese, a white sauce and sliced avocado. It was absolutely the best fish I ever ate... Looking for something similar and this stuffing sounds like it could work for that... I hope so... worth a try.
