• 9 Roma tomatoes
• 1 28 oz. can San marzano tomatoes
• 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh
• 1 Yellow onion
Canned Goods
• 2 cups Chicken stock
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
• 1 tsp Kosher salt
• 1 tbsp Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
• 3 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
Dairy
• 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
• 2/3 cup Heavy cream
