• 3 Mandarin oranges

• 1 Reserved fennel fronds

• 1/2 Shallot

Condiments

• 1 tbsp Honey

Baking & Spices

• 2 tbsp Champagne vinegar

• 1/3 cup Olive oil, extra virgin
