Mælkefri kagecreme til fx fastelavnsboller og kager.  Giver ca. 2-3 dl. creme    1½ dl sojamælk med vanilje   1 tsk. vanillesukker  3 æggeblommer   25 g sukker    2 tsk majsstivelse    Æggeblommer røres med sukker og maizena til det er lyst og skummende. Sojamælk varmes i en gryde sammen med kornene fra en vaniljestang.  Hæld den varme mælk i æggene og tilbage i gryden - rør indtil væsken bliver stiv og lad den herefter køle af.
