Almond buckwheat crackers. First I made these with whole grain spelt and almond flours because I didn't have buckwheat. I burned the first batch and Sam still loved them. Second batch I am pretty sure it's dark buckwheat and not the light buckwheat like she recommends and I can see why she says light buckwheat. I also used flax and chia seeds instead of sesame this time.
