If you bought this file for a Cricut and are having issues, you most likely need to resize the file. The files are very big for CNC plasma. Make the file smaller. Inkscape is a free program you can download that allows you to edit SVG files if you can't do it in your machines proprietary software. If you bought a file with open cut paths, you will need to add an offset to the open path lines. There are many tutorials on Youtube that will help you do that.
