Onion Tart 🧅
sliced onions Olive oil Reduced balsamic vinegar Thyme Puff Pastry Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Using a glass, cut circles of puff pastry. Arrange the onion slices on baking paper. Add a little olive oil, balsamic and thyme to each slice of onion. Flip the onion slice over and cover with the puff pastry, tighten around the onion and make small holes with a fork. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden.
