1 cup (170 g) quinoa, 1.5 tsp (4.5 g) ground turmeric, 2 cups (470 ml) water, 2 tbsp (20 g) chia seeds, 1 pinch (1 dash) sea salt flakes, 1 pinch (1 dash) freshly ground black pepper. Rinse and soak quinoa for 2 hours, then drain and rinse again. Blend with water, turmeric, chia seeds, salt, and pepper until smooth.
