A black velvet painting depicting a sailor being helped by Jesus through a storm for sale in 1972 in Olongapo, a city in the Phillipines often referred to as Olongapo City. Olongapo was a popular destination for U.S. Navy sailors stationed at the adjacent U.S. Naval Base Subic Bay. When the base was closed in 1992 it was transformed into the Subic Bay Freeport Zone by the Philippine government.
