What a week… We had a rainbow, a breeze, a full moon, a deer, a sunrise, a sun shower and countless memories. It’s impossible to sum up this experience in an instagram post. What I can say is every time I connect with a group of people to share my process, I am reminded of how important it is to do this work. It is so good for the soul.
