LEGIT THEY ARE MOUTHWATERING DELICIOUS! • For the topping: 1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary 2 tbsp chopped scallions 2 tbsp chopped parsley or arugula 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tbsp honey 1 tsp orange zest 1/4 tsp salt Pepper to taste • 10 oz Medjool dates, sliced open on one side Honey 3 oz feta cheese, sliced into 1 inch “pieces” 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese • 1️⃣Preheat the oven to 375. 2️⃣Make the topping by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mixing. 3️⃣Add some honey to a small bowl and add the Parmesan to a small plate. They are so simple to do and can be eaten as an appetizer or as a salad. The flavors pair so beautifully together and are a perfect seasonal treat! Pears, Gorganzola, Walnuts, Honey and fresh Thyme just work together. If you make them for a dinner party, they can be completely set up in advance and parked in the fridge until you are ready to bake them off. I love simply serving them on a bed of arugula for a very simple presentation . . . Baked Stuffed Pears with Gorganzola, Walnuts and Hot Honey . . Preheat oven to 400F Slice 2 pears in half and using a teaspoon (or a melon baller) scoop out the centers. Lay them on a baking sheet

Extender un disco de masa para pascualina, colocar el queso y cubrir con la masa. Colocar sobre una lata cubrirte con papel mantequilla, pintar con huevo batido y hornear a 200C por 15 minutos. Servir de inmediato."

Mit Hackfleischgewürz bestreuen: Meersalz, Paprika, Zwiebeln, Petersilie, Senfkörner, Cayenne-Pfeffer und Majoran 🌶️🌿 – ich habe dieses Gewürz verwendet, aber ihr könnt natürlich auch ein Gewürz eurer Wahl nehmen, z.B. Grillgewürz geht auch🔥 3. Kürbis mit Olivenöl einstreichen und bei 200°C für 15 Minuten in den Ofen. 🍂 4. Kürbis rausnehmen, Ofenkäse einsetzen, diesen leicht einschneiden. 🔪🧀 5. Auf den Käse Salz, Pfeffer, frischen Rosmarin und Thymian aus dem Garten streuen. 🌱 6. Alles wieder für 10 Minuten in den Ofen geben. ⏲️ 7. Käse-Ecken aufklappen und nochmal 25 Minuten backen.

Pile Camembert, sliced figs, caramelised red onions and thyme into some sliced sourdough bread. Cook over medium low heat in an olive oil coated frying pan until the cheese is oozy, the bread is golden and crisp and the figs/onions on top are starting to warm through. Low and slow is key here! Once out of the frying pan, drizzle with hot honey, close the sandwich up, slice in half and enjoy every bite of this savoury and sweet sandwich! You can also use onion jam in place of the caramelised red onions if you wish to do so.
