The original recipe is from Dr. Vegan. I recommend processing the pitted dates first by itself. Then add everything else plus a half cup of water. Blend then pour on top of parchment paper in a pan. Bake at 350F for 30 min. Let cool for 10-15 min before lifting the patchment paper and brownies. Makes 6 large brownies. gluten free, dairy free, egg free. Contains nuts! You can swap peanut butter for almond butter, walnut butter, cashew butter, or sunflower butter.
