So we all know Olaf has his own cloud to keep him cool all summer long so I made a cloud for my Olaf costume all I did was take a piece of cardboard and cut it out to look like a cloud than I took some cotton balls to give the cloud effect you can just cut out snow flakes and attach them to string so they hang add some glitter and jewels and it looks perfect make the stick so you can carry it over your head
