When the thinking brain’s belief is “you need to do or be more to be complete” you may frequently ignore your own needs and stress arousal limits to the point of being overwhelmed and exhausted. The more clarity you have about the reality of the situation and the reality of your limits, the less you’ll buy into the belief that there is something wrong with you. @repairing_the_nervous_system
