SI Joint Syndrome Assessment
Sacroiliac joint(SI) injury is caused by repetitive movements in athletes 🏃‍♂️ or is pregnancy related 🤰 If you are experiencing ⚡️sharp pain above your buttocks , that is going further down the 🦵🏻leg, it might be a sign of an SI joint issue. 😟 What to do: 1. Visit a therapist to assess the problem🧑‍⚕️ 2. Work on your glute 🍑& core 🌀 strength to support the SI joint It’s crucial to differentiate the pain of you 🦿lacking mobility & the actual injury. Better safe than sorry 😊

Stretch to Stop Slouching Pain
@dr.kimbra.runyan Do this to open up your chest, rotate your spine, and get a nice stretch in your shoulders. Move slowly and lean into to each shoulder to whatever depth feels comfortable to you. Breathe into it. Repeat this 10 times.
