Creamy Chicken Bacon Rigatoni   Ingredients:  12 oz rigatoni pasta 1 lb chicken breast, diced 6 slices bacon, chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup baby spinach (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)  Instructions:  Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving about 1 tbsp of bacon fat in the skillet.
