1 cup frozen mixed berries • 1 unsweetened frozen acai sachet • 1/4 cup almond milk • 100g high protein greek yoghurt (or use a df alternative) method: Blend all ingredients together until thick, creamy and smooooth! • tippp** Add a little bit more liquid to make a runnier smoothie, or a little less if you like your smoothies thick!

✨SMOOTHIE BOWL✨
So I know the weather isn’t exactly saying summertime just yet but I don’t care as I’ve fallen back in love with smoothie bowls this past week😍 My basic smoothie bowls always contain 🌟Frozen banana (I freeze them in small bags and use about half a banana) 🌟About 150ml unsweetened almond milk 🌟30g vanilla protein powder Then it’s whatever other frozen fruit I fancy or have in. My all time fav is cherry and blueberry then I like to top with some granola for a bit of a crunch
🍓STRAWBERRY 🍍PINEAPPLE BOWL💗
➡️RECIPE ♡2 frozen bananas ♡1/2 cup frozen strawberries ♡1/2 cup frozen pineapple ♡1/2 cup oat milk Mix it all up in a blender or food processor. Stop and scrape down the sides. Mix again! Serve in a coconutbowl and top with strawberries, granola and pink sprinkles. Enjoy!
