NO OVEN EGGLESS BROWNIES IN A KATORI RECIPE•😍 • Yes! You heard that right, make these DELICIOUS Chocolate brownies in your regular steel katoris without oven! Ingredients used are- • Dry Ingredients-Maida- 2 cups • Coco Powder- 1/2 cup • Salt-A pinch • Coffee- 1 Tsp Now in a separate bowl- • Melted butter- 1 cup • Vanilla essence- 1 Tsp • Powdered sugar- 1 cup • Milk- 1 cup ( Add milk in batches while continuously whisking the batter, this will prevent lumps to form!) • Baking powder- 1 Tbsp Now, take regular steel katoris and brish them with melted butter and some dry maida. You can use any kadhai. Preheat the kadhai by covering it with a lid for 15-20 mins. Place a plate in kadhai and put the katoris on it. Cover the lid and bake the brownies for about 20 mins. Else yo

Pesarattu is a thin protein packed dosa made with whole green moong. Adding rice is optional but I find it helps to make the dosa super thin & crisp. I have added spinach leaves to sneak in some greens into the dosa plus i love the brilliant color 🤤 Spreading the pesaratu thin is key to making it crisp. Adding onions Like in the video is optional. It tastes great plain too.
