Clementhorpe Maltings was a challenging project says Ian Collins, Design Director at Mesh Architects which oversaw the build: ‘Our brief was to convert a run-down 19th century malt house into six stylish townhouses. As the building was Grade II listed we had to maintain the original architecture where possible, but also needed to insert new windows into the walls and roof.'
