Where could we have an open space like this that people will not fall in and bring a suit against the city/prop owners, but will allow trees to better survive? Trees make any place better. It is one of the reasons our downtown is not flourishing...hot pavement, five lanes wide, two sidewalks and short, stubby, old buildings. Organics! It needs organics.
